Christine has extensive experience in management, leadership, and education. Her focus is on the overall well-being of the people she consults with and for, whether that’s working with groups of executives, leaders, front-line workers, coaches, or athletes. Christine has a BS in management, an MBA with an emphasis in management, and a PhD in performance psychology.

Rick has over 30 years of experience in various fields including property management, real estate, education, and educational administration. His knack for seeing the big picture, creativity, integrity and desire to help others form the foundation of his ability to help teams progress. Rick has a B.A. in Korean, a master’s in educational leadership, and a PhD in organizational psychology.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in aerospace, commercial electronics, and international operations. His skills are in manufacturing, supply chain, business strategy and recovery, and 6-Sigma process improvement. Mike has a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MBA with emphasis in International Business and Finance, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Angela is a Performance Psychologist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of mental health experience. She earned her Ph.D. in performance psychology from Grand Canyon University, a master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in Clinical Social Work, and her undergraduate degree in psychology from Wayne State University. Dr. Griffin has received specialty training in, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Suicide Prevention Strategies. Additionally, Dr. Griffin has personal knowledge in applying psychological skills training while playing collegiate and professional sports. She earned a full women’s basketball scholarship to Wayne State University and was the first MVP for the National Women’s Football League in 2002. She loves reading the bible, helping individuals optimize their performance both in and out of sports contexts, understanding the brain and body connection and how it affects performance, and most importantly, prayers and spending time with family and friends.

Chad has significant experience that spans the sales and marketing, financial, and educational domains. His strong background includes business development, sales leadership, project management, organizational research & analytics, and the application of empirically supported methods to promote positive individual employee and organizational outcomes. He utilizes diverse pedagogies and methods to maximize knowledge transfer and support positive client outcomes in several areas of organizational learning, work engagement, employee well-being and business development & strategy. Chad has a BA in business administration with a concentration in Marketing, a master’s degree in Psychology, and PhD in Organizational Psychology.
